Hello!

My name is Cameron Blair, and I live in Westport on the beautiful West Coast of New Zealand with my wife, Alison. I wanted to start this blog to share personal experience, insight, and knowledge with others. I wanted to share and explore God’s word, personal life experiences, practical skills, and many challenging questions. Additionally, I wanted to interact with others, address their questions and struggles, and learn from their lives and experience. 

I wish to inspire, encourage, empathize with and learn from others. I understand that while there are great blessings in life, there are also trials. While the expectation is frequently to be happy and grateful, and hide the struggles and difficulties, sometimes they need to be heard and acknowledged. Questions arise, and I have asked and answered many, and I would like to help inquisitive minds desiring to learn and grow in understanding. 

I have served in ministry for over 20 years and have experience in most areas (e.g. preaching, teaching, worship, youth, leadership, administration, prayer, small groups, children’s, etc.). I spent seven years obtaining various qualifications in theology, ministry, and pastoral counselling, with my highest qualification being a Master of Theological Studies. I have also obtained various business qualifications, including a Master of Management with Distinction in Enterprise Development. 

While a path of logic and reason brought me to God, His love, power, protection, and acceptance were always evident. Various experiences have illustrated His care over time, even when painful, hazy and difficult times required patience, faith, and endurance.
